First of all is bunjalloo and to make this work all i have to do is configure the program in question in my ds lite accordin to my wifi router

Download it and the files in your microSD card.
There problem solved. It's not very hard to set up nor use.

Press A to put in the web address
B to refresh
Y to go to bookmarks
x to go to settings
Select to move the little bar around
Start...I have no idea what start does.
