CPU & GPU : Confirmed to be nvidia tegra based, early Dev units contained tegra X1s
RAM: Confirmed to have at least 4GB by a source on twitter if I can find it again
Internal memory: 32GB
External memory: max 256GB
Bluetooth: unknown (possibly no wiimote support)
WiFi : 5ghz ac
Display: 6.2'' 720p capacitive touch screen IPS
That's all I could find for now, once more stuff comes out will add it

Doesn't the 3DS have some supposed limit on SD card sizes which doesn't actually exist? I mean, we don't know if the Switch'll be like that too, but I thought it'd be worth a mention.

Says here 802.11 ac which is 5ghz so yes it supports (it better do if we are paying for online)
