A 500 GGB SSD costs $100+, do you really want to increase the price that much?

Never said it needed to be 500 GB, but 128 GB are not that expensive. It would have been a nice gesture.

well it will take a while, amazon still doesnt sell 256gb microsd card, so that mean only rich people can get one (i saw one on another site priced at 250$) so it will take a while to democratize it.

People who go digital only will want as much space as they can get. 256 GB isn't terribly large considering these games are said to be upwards of 16 GB or so, that's only 16 games they can fit, or so. The price of SD vs HDD, a lot of people are outright pissed.

If you want to go digital only you could hold max a year's worth of games so it forces you to get more sds or go cartridge

i agree, we should be able to plug an hdd to the dock, ofc we wont be able to play those game on the move, but its still a down point for the switch

Well if you can buy it on Amazon for less than €200 it's pretty accessible, hell no I wouldnt buy one thought, gonna take my wii u's 128GB and stick it in the switch

Hmm, you're right, one of those is non-micro. Anyways, just pointing out that Amazon does, indeed, have 256 GB micro SD cards. And also that you can get a 200 GB card quite reasonably priced (I bought one on a whim and it's sitting right next to me)
