Hardware Can someone help me configure this controller?

I just bought an NES30 Pro controller. It's my first controller.
I want to use it for some games on Steam like Hyper Light Drifter, but it just doesn't work. It flashes blue light on and off. I'm sure it's connected since it says Connected in my Bluetooth options. Been looking around online but either I'm an idiot or there's nothing useful.
Sooo, does anyone here have experience with this controller?
Maybe an automapper program? or a mapper in general?

I have the FC30 that I won on gbatemp, and I believe the internals are about the same, pretty simple to use tho.

Did you try it in Xinput mode (so wired, with usb cable).

Xinput tends to work far better than dinput on modern pc games due to Microsoft forcing/standardising it with the 360 controller. Dinput is not as widely supported these days and even the game does support it, it doesn't always work with every controller.
