Apple Can somebody help me

i downloaded redsn0w 0.9.6b1 on the redsn0w website and i can always get up to where it says "waiting for reboot" and it hangs there no matter how long it sits there. i have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in like the "ultimate jailbreak guide" here on the temp suggets but it still fails. help please?

I believe I've run into this problem as well, albeit with an "MB" iPod touch 2G. It took a few minutes of waiting to work.

not if my ipod is not on 3.1.2. my ipod is currently on 4.1 but i can downgrade to 4.0.2 or 4.0 if needed. i cannot however downgrade to 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 unless apple suddenly decides to start signing them again.

but to use gamecenter you have to use the games they offer. And the games only show up if they were bought on your account. Gamecenter is just apple's attempt to create a social gaming network.
