i have a wiikey and have never played online , can they try to update your wii in any way by playing online since your using their server, i have 3.2 and want to stay there. just a simple y or n cause if yes ill keep beating my 9 year old thanks

Update You-They probably can.Will they-Maybe, maybe not I don't think they will though.

They can not legally update your system without your express consent. They could impliment an auto update feature but that would require that you concent to an update as is. In other words NO!!!! and you can bypass disk updates with starfall so yeah......... They could require you to update in order to use there online services but they can't force an update.

There was no actual physical implimentation of it. It was purely a legal wording. (at least thats what I gathered from the analysis of the update files.........

Also sounds like they say they can brick your Wii if they want to here:

Nintendo isn't doing anything, yet and who knows if they ever will. So stop worrying

And if you want to know what starfall is SEARCH. Search here, and search google. Don't be lazy
