Can my Switch be banned by installing using Lan

I use Awoo and Installing with USB isn't working for me (usb transfer timed out or failed, read that it didn't work for everyone ): ), and my SD is Fat32 formatted and I can't install games from there unless they are less than 2GB (which in that case works perfectly).
Want to try the option of installing with LAN, but I don't want my switch to be banned since I also like buying some games

Assuming you have your legit games on sysnand and non-legit games on emunand it is fine to connect your emunand to the internet as long as you take precautions. You're going to want to block connections to Nintendo's servers on your emunand. You can either use 90DNS or a hosts file but using both is better so you have some redundancy if one of them fails for whatever reason.
