can i use it as a wifi usb adapter,like nintendo wifi usb connector...my computer is currently connected on my neighbour's wi fi..

I don't think so. Your DS uses b mode and is WEP only. The DSi uses b/g and does WEP/WPA/WPA2, but if you want your DS games to work, you have to use WEP. Since you are using your wireless router in bridge mode (I think that's the term) and your neighbor is not using WEP or b mode (the "least secure" and the slowest modes), you're out of luck.
