i plan on having one wii in my living room and my newest one in the bedroom but i dont want to buy or make another harddrive if i dont have to right now.

can i just take the harddrive back and forth between rooms.

im currently using a old version usbloader gx on my old wii

wile using modwii on my new wii can i just plug the harddrive in ( has usbloader on it) and install wiiflow over it.

will doing any of this make me lose my games/saves from my old wii

You can do that, but you just have to transfer the game saves back and forth all the time since the Wii games save onto the Wii memory as opposed to the hard drive. But you can use the hard drive on both Wiis no problem :)

well my new wii is going to be mainly for gamecube games in the bedroom and netflix and hulu which is why i dont have my gamecube in the bedroom lol
right now my 360 is hooked up to my old projector in the bedroom.

im not even sure how to transfer a wii save game. ill figure it out later

if i use modmii to install wiiflow to the harddrive will it boot on both wiis even tho usbloader gx is aready installed

Yes, but if you don't want to transfer game saves I suggest to set up an emunand on your HDD, here is how you do that
