Homebrew Can i use 2 SD with A9LH ?

1 is 16gb the other 8 gb, so yeah i have to buy a bigger sd card lol thank you so much
Get a 64 gig, that's the sweet spot for 3DS. Make sure you format it as FAT32 before transferring the files. Assuming you're using updatedsysnand mode you can just transfer files from SD 1 to SD 2 without having to mess with emunand tool / usb image tool / whatnot else as you won't need the emunand partition anyway.

Do you know if A9LH makes use of NTFS?

Maybe, but there's no good reason the 3DS should support NTFS. Maybe ExFAT, but even then, all CIA files are smaller than 4GB so FAT32 isn't an issue.

I know that, I just think having a system that supports more formats would let people choose what formats to use. Than again most people would probably go back to using Fat32 anyway.

Each file system has its own advantages and disadvantages. Let's assume that we were given the ability to format our micro SD cards in any format. Now if we experience problems, the devs would have a hard time resolving said issue due to filesystem differences which could mean that he or she or they would have to rework everything from ground up just to make it working.
