Hacking can i update my sysnand and keep the browser exploit ?

for example , if a new game came with 9.6 update
and updated from 9.2 to 9.6 , the browser exploit will still there ?

because AFAIK , the browser only come when updating the 3DS using internet connection

No, I don't think it works that way. The best you can do is back up your NAND and do a hardmod and downgrade and upgrade as you please.

I think it should work but don't quote me on this. As you said, game card updates don't USUALLY update the browser. That doesn't mean nintendo wouldn't include the browser update in the future.
