ROM Hack Question Can I transfer my savedata from banned to new clean switch

Hey everyone, I couldn’t find a clear answer to this. I got my first console hacked and banned. Now I bought a new one and want to move my save game for a specific game that I bought for the new clean switch from the banned towards the new one.
Is that even possible or is there any confirmed workaround? I can’t access Nintendo’s transfer option as it requires internet connection and gives me the “banned” error. Though it seems like it could be able to receive files.
The new switch is a Lite so I guess it couldn’t be hacked even if I wanted. But I want it to stay clean as I’m planning to play online with it.

You should be able to login into that account, it is system ban not an account ban.

You mean on the new switch? If that works, how can I transfer the savegame as the banned switch gets an error when I‘m trying to?
