Hacking can i softmod wii without internet

i use https://please.hackmii.com/ for jailbreak before. just scare the web will close down.
can i use any softmod that no need to use internet .?

hm.. letter bomb that i use. it ask for mac address from website. that why i worry one day this site may be close.

does it has other way that did not touch any internet

If you use Modmii, you will be using Wilbrand instead of Letterbomb, that's basically the same thing except that you don't need the hackmii page to download the files. They can instead be generated on your PC. You still need the MAC address, but the Wii doesn't have to be connected to the internet for that.

It just uses the MAC address to encrypt the bomb letter so the system menu will recognize it.
