It looks like you have holes in the board, I don't think it is possible to fix.

Depends, you may be able to use wires to bridge any cut traces if you know what you’re doing.

Although a capacitor may be missing and possibly other components.
 
I think someone screwed the ds to the wall. That is no good. Probably not salvageable. Unless you buy a ds (for way cheap) with broken screens and do a motherboard swap.
 
I got a decent condition system, missing it's charger, for £9.99 in Cash Converters, which is a pawn shop here in the UK.
