Hardware Can I play PAL burned games

NTSC means frequency of 60Hz
PAL is frequency of 50Hz
If you run a game from a different region and you get bad quality video (like black and white), your tv doesn't support that region
 
Ok i'll try to see if any of my TV's support pal......the one in my room doesn't cause I remember I accidentally ran a PS2 NTSC as PAL and the screen kept flickering and I had to shut my PS2 off to get it to work right

I have a PAL TV and by default always at a frequency of 60Hz dosnt matter what i use.
