Gaming Can i install ps4 pkg file on pc? or ps5?

If any exists, what should i do? i'm newbie to like this.
I have last of us past2 pkg file but i have only ps5, pc how can i handle it?

maybe with spine, which is a linux emulator. I'm sure you need a pretty beefy pc for it to run at a reasonable speed. ps5, absolutely not.

that is the other emulator I'm aware of. I don't have a strong enough pc to run either, I'm sure. don't care though as I'm on 5.05 on the ps4 itself. :D
