Hacking Homebrew can i I recover my saves only using the files in my SD card?

I have no backups of anything, only the files in my sd card
so I have a switch with a broken sd slot and most likely fried emmc and I wonder if I can use the files already in my sd card to bring my saves back (something to do with emunand on the sd cards or tegrarcmgui)
I use hekate and atmosphere.

Can I explore my emmc without an sd card using this? 'Cus my emmc might be okay (%0.000... chance)

Can I use Tegrarcmgui with the setting read emmc as USB drive to copy my boot1/0? Cus my ubsc port is fine
