I have an O3DS which still has my profile on and a N3DS which has been my main 3DS for the last 3 years. I have just tried to go into the eShop on my O3DS system but im getting a error code 022-2501, is this because this same profile is on my N3DS system?. If this is the case is there an easy way to temporarily remove JUST my profile from my N3DS so i can log into the eShop on my O3DS??

Only a single 3DS/2DS system may have a unique NNID. If you System Transfer your profile from a source system (o3DS) to a target system (n3DS) and then SysNAND restored the source system (o3DS) with a backed up NAND *.bin image that had that NNID, Nintendo will not allow the source system (o3DS) to connect to their online services. They know from their server records your o3DS should no longer have that NNID.

For whichever system that's experiencing the 022-2501 error code:
  1. Back up all the game extdata + saves with Checkpoint or JKSM.
  2. Back up all the titles into *.cia files with GodMode9.
  3. Format System Memory to erase the NNID from that system. Start a new user profile.
  4. Reinstall the games, DLCs, and updates with FBI.
  5. Restore the saves + extdata with whichever save manager that was used.
