Misc Can i get banned if i open eshop

Hey, i want to download youtube for 3ds from eshop is it safe?
im scared to open it becasue im scared to get banned

Not really a good idea - you won't get banned for using the eShop. It's just that the YouTube app is useless. It crashes since some weeks/months due to some server side change (at least I think so) and has not been updated since.

In case you are using a new 2|3DS model: Try the mobile version of YouTube with the web browser applet. For the old models: As far as I know there is no way (anymore).
