I wanted to test if my switch was patched so I entered RCM and tried to inject hekate, it was successfully injected but the switch didn't execute the payload. Can I be banned for doing this? and if i can be what can I do to not be

You could get banned if you are online with CFW, installed a game/ DLC in sysnand mode.
