so i did cfw on my new 3ds and I remove the cfw I played Mario kart 7 online twice and I didn’t cheat
I’m afraid that I got flagged if I got flagged how much time it’s until I gonna get ban and what is my chances to get ban?
And you can get ban only at ban waves?

You won't get banned for playing online in CFW. There were only a few "ban waves" and all were related to playing leaked games early online, cheating online or using public headers/public LFCS_B.

Basically yeah.
There's no telling for sure, but Nintendo have abandoned the 3DS, I really doubt there will be more banwaves.

That means you can get ban without ban wave because there Been 2 ban waves until now one at 2017 and one at 2018

Bans are not just dished out with ban waves. There are still individual bans that happen. Very sparse though.

Playing online is always risk, but I think same as The Real Jdbye said, Nintendo now changes interests to Switch, but who knows maybe will be some bans...

At this point, it is highly unlikely that you will be banned for anything other than cheating online. That being said, there was a banwave in May 2017 that was probably the result of people using illegitimate applications (FBI, etc.) installed to the home menu. To mitigate that risk, doing the following might help:

There have been reports of a wave of bans being handed out to CFW users by Nintendo. To protect yourself, please do the following steps before starting this guide:

1. Go to System Settings, then “Internet Settings”, then “SpotPass”, then “Sending of System Information”
2. Disable the “Sending of System Information” option
3. Exit the System Settings
4. Go to your Friend List (the orange Face Icon in the top row of your Home Menu)
   • If you receive an error and are kicked out of the menu, the Friend List setting is either already disabled or your console cannot connect to Nintendo’s servers (due to a ban or connection issues)
5. Go to the Friend List settings, then “Friend Notification Settings”, then “Show friends what you’re playing”
6. Disable the “Show friends what you’re playing” option
7. Exit your Friend List

I would also recommend using all illegitimate applications through Rosalina.

well I also don't think you will et banned for this
But taking this post as opportunity, I'm with uma and stuff for a time, and I wanted to get out the NNID from the last 3D owner that I was lazy to get when I first got it lol and use mine, but since it already have games installed and stuff, I fear getting banned
(the plan was taking out the NNID wth godmode9, performing a sysupdate, loging in with mine( or loging on before updating if)
this may pust me at risky? should I just leave alone to don't have problems?

This isn't entirely accurate. I did none of the above and got hit by one of the later major ban-waves. People seemed to come to a consensus that it had something to do with sending data to Nintendo over SpotPass, but I'm iffy on that theory as well. Still makes more sense than yours since your explanation doesn't cover all of the people who were banned.

Not likely a risk of a ban wave happening at all at this point. Your main concern would be an individual ban, which will likely only happen if you cheat online. I was just correcting something I'd consider misinformation.
