    They aren't exactly the same, but it isn't too hard to convert, it's just a couple of changes to the images.

    A program for converting skins wouldn't make any sense (especially for the icons and suchlike). I would just suggest using the default for what is missing since it if you don't plan on making the stuff yourself or asking the skinner who made it if they would be so kind as to port it.
