Homebrew Question Can banned switches go online in other OS?

Sorry for the noob question. I'm looking to buy a second Switch for use with hacking, I don't want to mess with my primary Switch. Some of the consoles people are selling on eBay are already banned. I wouldn't be looking to go online in HOS, as this Switch would only be for hacking, but if it's banned can I still go online in other OS like Lineage (Android), L4T Ubuntu etc?

AFAIK, when you are Ban, you are ban from nintendo services. if you are using android you should be able to connect online, even a ban switch can connect online, just not to any nintendo service.
