That is The Ecstasy of Gold by Ennio Morricone. It is from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, a truly epic film. Metallica plays this song before every concert they have ever played and the "yeah" part is almost definitely James, so the electric guitar part is most likely them. Also, grats on registering before me.
