Hacking Can anyone help me figure out what kind of savefile is this?

I have no experience on other stuff like Gateway/Sky3DS etc....

I got this from a chinese site :

According to a site, this is a savegame with max money, kills etc for SRW UX.

The filesize seems to be legit, however the file format seems to be different from a CIA converted save. Can anyone help me figure out what kind of savefile is this and if possible convert it to EShop save?

I've just researched further and it seems to be a Gateway savefile and you need a tool called
"Gateway3DSHelper_v1.1.1" to inject the save into a 3DS ROM.

So if this is for the gateway, is there any tool or tutorial to convert this from Gateway to Eshop / CIA ?
