Hacking Calling all experts ---- Newii needs help

Calling all experts ----

Here is my question. Just got a brand new wii, I checked firmware and it reads 3.1U. I would like the steps, and order of things needed to get this up and running

Should I install
A- Homebrew first via twilight
B- Get fireware to 3.2 ( not sure how- saw alot bout downgrading didn't see to much on upgrading ( Only to 3.2 ) which proggy for best sucess ?
C- Install shop channel fix
D- Install Gamma 3

Im sure I missed something come on people _ NO FLAMING just help

B- Use Custom IOS Downgrader.
C- Why not?
D- Or SoftChip.
