I'm using an SD2Vita and been unable to get it working, I did try solutions on YouTube and Reddit, but neither worked.

What should I do?

Thanks.

About SD2Vita installation, I recommend a PTBR channel on Youtube HARDLEVEL, there is a very good tutorial on installing SD2Vita, if that doesn't work, maybe your SD, even SD2Vita has physical problems.

About Adrenaline.
Try to remove all plugins used for Adrenaline and disable all filters, leave adrenaline in Native mode. If nothing resolves, reinstall Adrenaline and test again.

SD2Vita card works fine as I read the guide and seen Mr. Mario's video so it's probably something else. I don't want to mess around with SD2Vita or Adrenaline again.

Thanks for the tips, though.

Ok, so your problem just comes down to Adrenaline.
I still recommend HARDLEVEL to see something about Adrenaline is also great, there may be a language barrier. I really like Mr.Mario's channel, but sometimes I think he runs too fast in his explanations.

I think it would be easier to reinstall Adrenaline than hunting down the problem specifically, it may take longer than usual.

These error codes are very non-specific and can sometimes mean a number of related problems, which makes it difficult to isolate the problem.

I hope you can get it resolved. :)
