C-stick replacement with no screwdriver

So i wanted to mod my 3ds c-stick with a thinkpad nub but apparently the 3ds i bought has 3/4 stripped screws unless i was dumb enough to strip them myself *probably that* (the screws that protect the motherboard btw) and i probably contributed to making it worse (as if it wasn't bad enough). So is there anyway i can replace the useless c-stick with a new one without needing a screwdriver?
