I have tried copying all files from Counterstrike and aftermath to CD 3 and CD 4 folder. But nothing happens. Aftermath and counterstrike mission tab is empty and skirmish only have like 18 maps.

i really need these expansions to get The extra maps in skirmish mode

What I would do is use an old copy of windows in a VM to install the game and the expansion and use that. You could also try copying expand*.mix into one of the directories, I think that's how the code decides if the expansions are available. The upstream code does not even use cd checking stuff anymore, but Im waiting for a full release before I try and bring in all the changes.

Do you have any idea how to change the language and sounds to english in your version?

Just use the links from github. That's the English version.

Can you link me to the github with the download?
I tried the german version posted earlier and it works fine with expansions. But it would be perfect if the sounds and text is english instead.

Cd1 from github is broken.
I have used these links : https://downloads.cncfps.com/Freeware/RedAlert/

Extract the rar the the ISO and grab the mentioned Mix files. On the first page of the thread you find posts for tb and ra incl. Md5 sums of the English files.

I think il have to wait to someone can upload a copy paste version with English and the two expansions installed. I cant make this work myself since i dont have much experience with this.

Download the rar and zip files from my link.
Use winrar to extract them.
Then you can find the MIX files.

I have a question :
After starting the first mission of the Allies the mouse cursor on the right thumb stick is very very sensitive. Also when I scroll down, it scrolls fast and also skips some buildings.
Tried to set the scroll speed to low, but didn't make a big difference.

How do you play the game?
With touch or Joycons?
Is there anything I can do because of the scrolling or is the game like this?

I dont really know how to make it work. I have used like 8 hours on this with no luck so far.

I managed to get Afterstrike to work by putting the MAIN.MIX into the CD1 directory. I'll have to make some code changes or rebase to upstream to get the both to work at the same time, I think.

The game does not natively support joysticks, just mouse, so I translate the joystick to mouse movements, but I have not gotten it to be as smooth as I would like and am not sure how to do so right now.

There were a few things in play here, turns out my CD code was not that great, upstream has a much better fix, but it is a non trival merge. Try this for now, I think I hacked around it. See if this works https://ufile.io/ngn1b5hc

As i said its hard to control with the thumbstick because its so sensitiv and accelerates too fast.

I made some changes to the keymapper for systemshock that allows for some changes in sensitivity, it should be easy enough to upgrade the switch-utils. I'll look into this next week. Though it's not perfect, I have been looking for code that does joystick->mouse better but have yet to find anything great.

I dont see vanillara in my homebrew list...?
ALso I see the zip file has vinillatd and vanillara 2 nro in it's folder?

There are only two launchers, because there are only twosupported games (as well as expansions, but thats a completely different story). The two vanilatd nros are duplicates.

I see it now. if I choose counterstrike or aftermath missions with red alert, I get "software was close because an error has occuredN"
