Hacking Buying new switch

So i had cfw on my switch and the only thing i did was play freeshop games (with custom dns). I then took all the cfw off my switch and played online on a game i owned and it was fine. I had restored the switch and given it to a sibling (even though it could still be banned) and i have ordered the pink switch lite.

If i put my old account on my new switch does anyone if i could get banned even without using cfw on the new console ?

I am obviously just worried about my switch being banned days after just getting it.

I believe most of the time only the console is banned, so even if you play with the same account on multiple consoles, the ban should not "spread"
