Hello everyone. A year ago I bought a WII to play GAMECUBE games. Unfortunately I got the new model Wii. Model that does not allow me to play GC games. My question is if I can buy cheap GAMECUBE, hack it and play games.
And is it possible to hack any firmware version of the GAMECUBE?

Hacking a Gamecube requires a modchip (which you're probably going to have difficulty finding since it's two generations old). Also if you want to burn games to a fullsize disc instead of a mini-dvd you need a special, after market case (which is also going to be difficult to find).

Thanks for the response. I guess I'll stay with dolphin. I thought i can hack the gamecube in the softmod way like the wii.

I guess I'll wait a year or two for NINTENDONT!!! Besides I buy only through EBAY and use only paypal.

There's GCOS for the Action Replay:

It's a bit cumbersome.

and

I think that's all you need, except for an SD card (2GB or smaller, if I remember correctly).
