Hm... I guess that's not too bad. I got a PSP-1000 with 3 games, a movie, charger, headphones, and original packaging for 90 bucks, but the screen was a little scratched. It's still probably cheaper than buying one at the store, though.
100 bucks is average for a psp used in most stores these days.
But if you wanna spend a little longer looking , and maybe even using the net, you can find one with some games or such for the same price.
Really 100 bucks is a decent price for one, just make sure it runs and such properly , and the screen is in good condition.
