ROM Hack Question Burnout Paradise - Music Replacement possible?

There is a Method to replacing Music Tracks for the PC, PS3 and I think the 360, but is there a possible way to do it for the Switch? Got a few Tracks I could do without, and a few additions.

I know for the PC/PS3 Track change, you have to keep the original Track Name, or it will not work, and you need a certain Audio Player to Convert/Save it as a certain Format/specs.
