Hacking built in 3-in-1 "plus" gba game support?

does the EDGE card have built in 3-in-1 "plus" gba game playing support?

and if so, does it automatically copy the save game over when the edge card boots up?

It doesn't, but you can use GBAExploader with it just fine.
