At least for me, it snowed 2 days ago, but it's still there, frozen and useless for building.

Here it's difficult to make snow sculptures... it's below -20 Celsius (that is, -4 Farenheit) so the snow's just like powder...

Yay we have lots of times when it snows in New York City. About 3-4 times a month.

Eh... There is some crusty icy snow that has been here for weeks. I don't think it would be too good for building anything out of.
