Hardware Bug on 3DS Home Menu (emuNAND)

Basically I am wondering if this is a bug or not and if so how can I fix it.
In this picture below, you can see that when you hover over an icon in the most zoomed in option, it will display text like 'App name' and 'App Developer', such as the System Settings one in the picture

My emuNAND doesnt show anything like that when under the same options. Example below:

Sorry about the size of the second picture, and this 'bug'/error or whatever goes for EVERY game I have. Im going to try updating emuNAND right now to 10.3 and see if it changes anything.
Its a small bug but it irritates me, and im wondering if I can fix this?

That's not exactly a bug.
That's a feature of some Home Menu themes.
App title/description just won't display on them.
