Hacking BSOD Woes

Oh so I dropped my switch a month or so ago and it decided to BSOD on me.
I left it to drain the battery and after charging half the day it decided to boot and work.
Until yesterday it BSOD on me and now nothing works.
I can get it to RCM mode but get all kinds of things not working and erroring.
Most payloads stumble. SXOS will show the boot.dat? screen but when I put the SD card in nothing happens.

Wut do?

Is there a payload that does some diagnostics?

Yes, but when I put the sd card in (with boot.dat) nothing happens after that.
