When the webpage loads, wait for it to transition to the page, and quickly tap once the bottom screen, and then just wait. Seems to work for some odd reason on everything I've tried it on. (O3DSXL, 2DS, N3DS)

But you say can't press any buttons when is glitched/black screen right? when thats happend, press SELECT and the console should reboot after that, if not, power off normally, and when boot again, press SELECT, you should have Luma3DS config menu.

Ive done that already. even held power button and start. Can we come back tomorroq? I want someone to look into my sd card files.

Thing is about my pc is that its an old pc from 8 years ago and it does not support microsds nor does it support most hardware other than standard mice and keyboards. Also I cant acess it atm.

Why don't put USB cable to your PC and you have access to your SD card from your phone? o.o

That is the files9 folder not the A9lh folder.
I can't see this folder on both pictures so it could be missing tho ...
Moreover where is the arm9.bin and the SafeA9LHinstaller.dat?
Just repeat the preparing part of the guide and make double sure you have all files you need.

In my a9lh folder I have

firm0.bin
firm0_100.bin
firm1.bin
payload_stage2.bin
payload_stage1.bin
secret_sector.bin
payload_stage1.bin.sha
payload_stage2.bin.sha

I have arm9.bin, SafeA9LHinstaller.dat and arm11.bin in the root folder.

files9 is actually not missing.

Hmm ok,
a possibility I can think of is that some files got corrupted on the transfer/didn't finish the download properly.
My mobile did that sometimes ...
Can't think of anything else to help here

Thank you for your help! Turned out one of my downloads was corrupt. SafeA9LHInstaller is now ready.

Also, one last thing... After booting up Hourglass, for some reason restoring the Sysnand isn't working. It says "No usable file found
SysNAND Restore (Keep a9lh): failed!"

I have the Nandmin bin file in my file9 folder.
