ROM Hack Broken cia's.....?

i've been trying to install the cia for monster hunter 4 ultimate,and till now,i've installed 3 cia's of the game from different threads and/or different locations,and on trying to install them through big blue menu and fbi,the download breaks off at the end,saying that the cia is invalid or i thing broken.
any ideas on what i can do to install it. im on an old 3ds usa,aureinand,a9lh.
