broken browser?

some missing images on small boxes

can't see home, forums, reviews, shop, etc.

it's like this on firefox, opera and chrome, but not on ie9.
anyone knows what do i do?

what i tried so far...
cleared the cache
reinstalling browsers
uninstalled plugins and extensions(chrome only)

install CCleaner and clean the temp things and cache or something like that

Clear browser data; Ctrl+Shift+Delete works in both Chrome and Firefox.
