Just an update, We already tried replacing the M92t36 and still don’t work, the technician sure do know how to replace it, but I am not sure if he do it properly, is there a procedure that we must know to properly install it or anything that might be the problem other than that, it is only a service warranty and sending it back to nintendo might cost me a lot because of the shipping
There are one or two more QFN packages related to battery power distribution not just m92t36. Also one or two caps could have died . Ensure tests on surrounding components are done with multimeter.

Something like this
I used something like this.
Yikes, I have a Galaxy S8 USB C Dex/HDMI adapter that also advertised to be used as a Switch dock as well that looks just like that. Works great on my phone, but this just put any thought out of my mind of even plugging it in once to test it on my Switch.

We also tried replacing the other IC(bq24193) and still not works, I have no knowledge on checking circuit boards, I just let the technician do the work, do anyone have any idea that we can try to fix the item?

The Tech should be able to trace the issue with a good switch board sitting beside the bad , replacing those chips is not the only way , the caps and resistors need inspection as well as microscopic inspection must be done after rework to ensure good flow and contact to pins. Also did he/she ramp up the heat correctly (As close to profile as possible ) could have shocked other parts on the board .................

Your technician should find the faulty part.

Lets assume for now the resistors and caps are good and usb port it’s ok

If bq24193 it's not soldered good or faulty the ns will not charge and shows just the first nintendo logo and black screen or boot to ofw and not charging, i don't now what behavior will have if M92T36 it’s not soldered properly because i soldered properly first time.

You will need a charged battery to test this.(removed from a working ns or charged external)

Some Aliexpress and some ebay sellers remove components from not working boards, and sell them.

I was thinking about buying one of these for my S8, but since it might brick the switch...

Well I did buy a cheap 15 quid charger about 3 months ago - used it once - the heat diff was more than noticeable picking it up after that one charge session.
