Gaming Bricked PSP 3000

I have PSP 3000 official firmware v4.0 that got bricked when it shut off while I was using it on low battery, it was in chickhen r2 mode. I have enabled recovery mode before it got bricked but when I try to turn it on nothing comes up on screen up. the green light doesn't even come on and it won't charge with the ac adapter or by usb. Any help would be very appreciated.

That's not a brick at all. It's either your AC Charger or your PSP itself.

Brick = green light is on, black screen and it shuts itself off after some time.
