If I have TP on my SD card, but not in the save are, can I still do that starfall save?

you need to have the TP save installed unless you have a mod-chip, other wise your done for thats why i like the new program Preloader, with it theirs no reason for neither that is if you had it installed prior to bricking

Preloader is a must have in my view for all PAL wii's.

Lets hope we can find a way to make it NTSC compatible in the future or that Crediar releases the updates.

Well umm... can I ask another question?

If I get it repaired, I heard Nintnedo doesn't care about the homebrew, so Would I get my wii back homebrew enabled? Or would I just a get a brand spanking new Wii?

More than likely you would get a different Wii back from them with no homebrew.

Nintendo is probably your best option.

Or is that only for modchipped wiis?

No you could not auto boot a dvd as it is only for mod chips and CIOSCORPD wiis.

As you have neither, i guess not.
