it is possible to change the board ?
Yes, if you can find a cheap broken n3DS with an intact motherboard (should be $50 or less) you can change the motherboard but be careful to not break any of the ribbon cables. Buy one with an obvious fault like broken screens/broken hinge otherwise you don't know if it's actually the motherboard at fault.

sorry about my English. In this tutorial video saying that the process also served to the new, but did not say that the file was only for the old . Finally , I know I'm guilty. I'll wait one last nintendo reply .
