I keep it in the freezer..
The fridge is always the main place, but usually we get 2 or 3 loafs worth to last us for about a week (we can have as many as 4-6 people staying over on occasion) so we have to make space for other items (meaning that some loafs are left in the freezer or on top of the fridge/freezer next to the fruit basket etc. - all stored in a cupboard )
cupboard, inside its resealable plastic bag.
never heard of putting bread in the fridge
Flavored breads such as my cinnimon bread and my friend's homemade honey bread are on the counter. Average bread goes in the refridgerator.
First in a sack, then in a box and then that box in the cupboard.
Paper bag, bread box and counter.
All over the place, actually...
