I was doing the a9lh wen i finish the console dont reboot i waith for 30 minutes and nothing happens

I turn off the console and then turned on but only turn on the blue ligth nothing more

¿I bricket? ¿how I Can Repair my o3ds?

Well, if nothing works, you (probably) bricked. Your only option is to get a hardmod and restore a valid NAND backup.

If you're using Windows: Use Win32DiskImager.
If you're on Mac / Linux: Open a terminal prompt, and use

sudo dd if=~/Desktop/9.2NAND.bin of=/dev/*yourdisk* bs=1m

To find what *yourdisk* is, use the command

diskutil list

If you don't have a reasonable amount of soldering experience I wouldn't suggest trying to install a hardmod on your own.

At what step were you when you "bricked"? Maybe there are just some files missing on the SD card or Menuhax is fucking up the boot ... Saw some of the problems and you can try some things before you do a hardmod.
A screen of your sd card and the Part and Step where you were at from the guide would help to figure out if it is a brick or not and if it is a user error or other kind of brick.

Does the blue light stay on or does it blink and then turn off? If it stays on, it's bricked. If it turns on and off, you're missing files on the sd card

I've got an old bricked 3DS XL that I'd like to get up and running again, but I don't really see the point in spending lots of money on a good fine-tipped soldering iron just to fix it. It's a pity no one in North America seems to be offering a repair service anymore.

The service would cost you about the same as all the stuff you need. Including the soldering iron.

You can show the documentation to a friend with some soldering experience, it isn't extremely complex with the recent guides.
