Gaming brand new dsi xl language problem

i have just bought a new DSi XL with the standard titles pre installed. of the two doctor kawashima titles one is in english, while the other loads as what looks like dutch.

the console is a english retail and i am in england, i have checked and double checked the regional and language settings and they are all set to english but the game is in dutch. has anybody else had this happen ? apart from that everything else works normally without problems.

They're the same game, so I don't know why you would care about the languages much. You can remove the app(s) you don't need (in this case the Dutch one) in the DSi Settings Menu.
