Hacking Brain Training stuck in "pending"

So I purchased Brain Training so I can install Haxchi.
Launched HBC via browser exploit and ran nnupatcher, then launched eshop and purchased the DS game.

Now it's just stuck in pending, there a failed system update above it. I've tried selecting DS game and 'download first' but it stays underneath the failed system update.
I even tried removing my DNS settings to auto but still nothing. Tried turning console off/on.

Any ideas?

Unplug the wiiu from the mains and leave it off for a minute plug it back in and the failed system update will be gone then your game from the eshop will start to download.
