Homebrew Bought a old 3ds

so i bought a old 3ds and it has some games that i want is there a way to transher thos games to my other 3ds and i dont want to update bc it has ver 3.0.0U

its has ver 3.0.0U what can i do with it <3

Not much unless you can update it with a cartridge to at least 4.2.
You should ask more on the Custom Firmware section, especifically the noob paradise thread. As someone who just got an exploitable 3DS I can tell you they're extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

By that he means he does not want to update to 10.x to do a system transfer, because its on an exploitable firmware.

3)Install a CFW like rxTools that allows you to play cia installed games, get a cia manager too.

Optional:

4)Update to 9.2 using sysupdater and autoboot your CFW using Themehax.

I suggest you to take a good time reading before going wild.
