Gaming BOTW simulated new game plus?

I was wondering if there was a way to potentially use marcrobledo's save editor or anything else to "move" all items over(without manually doing it)/reset progress but keep everything. I wanted to do a sort of new game plus but keep all my materials and clothing (but get weapons again)
